德国双元制职业教育以企业主导的岗位训练与学校教学相结合、注重实践能力与行业标准接轨著称。德国海外商会联盟·大中华区提供德国标准的双元制职业教育考试和认证，并积极推进双元制本土化。北京市工业技师学院目前正以AHK标准培养机电一体化、切削机械工与汽车机电一体化学徒，致力于为德企输送适配型技术人才。

The German dual vocational education system is characterized by company-led on-the-job training combined with school-based instruction, with a strong emphasis on practical skills and alignment with industry standards. AHK Greater China provides German-standard dual VET examinations and certifications and actively promotes localization of the dual system. Beijing Industrial Technician College is currently training apprentices in mechatronics, cutting-machine operation and automotive mechatronics according to AHK standard, aiming to supply German companies with suitably skilled technical talent.

本次校企座谈会将于2026年6月4日下午在北京市工业技师学院举办，安排“Walk & See”校园参观与“Share & Care”最佳实践分享环节，分享学校双元制本土化经验、企业可持续人才培养和双元制实践案例，旨在搭建校企在人才培养、实习与招聘方面的直接对接平台。

The school–enterprise dialogue will be held on the afternoon of June 4, 2026 at Beijing Industrial Technician College. The programme includes a “Walk & See” campus tour and a “Share & Care” best-practice sharing session, where the college will present its experience localizing the dual system, companies will share approaches to sustainable talent development, and dual-VET practice cases will be discussed. The event aims to build a direct matchmaking platform for schools and enterprises on talent training, internships and recruitment.

本次活动免费举办，主要以中文交流，诚邀在华德企总经理、人力、培训及生产经理等相关负责人莅临参会，共商校企合作与人才培养模式，拓展企业校企人才通道。

The event is free of charge and will be conducted primarily in Chinese. We warmly invite general managers, HR, training and production managers of German companies in China to attend, discuss school–enterprise cooperation and talent development models, and expand talent pipelines between companies and vocational schools.
